1.) How long does it take you to set up ?

We require 1 hour setting up time. We can however set up earlier in

the day for weddings as required.

 

2.) Are you insured ?

Yes , we have full public liability insurance and equipment cover.

 

3a) Is your equipment P.A.T. tested ?

Yes, many venues will only allow PAT electrically tested equipment to be used.

 

3b) Are you licenced to use laptops ?

Yes, we use both digital music from laptops and cd music. We are Licenced to do

so under the terms of the PPL/MCPS Produb Licence. When talking to other DJ's

make sure they have one or they are breaking copyright law !

 

4) Will the music be too loud ?

No, the music is played at the correct level for your venue or crowd.

If at any time you feel it is too loud we will Always turn it down.

 

5) Can I choose what music is played ?

Yes, you can make as many requests as you like, either before

hand by e-mail or on the day itself.

 

6) Do you have all the latest music ?

Yes, we keep very up to date as we do many Teenage/Club parties. We also

have a huge back catalogue of songs from the 50's upwards.

 

7) Do your lights flash all over the place and get in peoples eyes ?

No, our lights are fully controllable and can be set up as required for any

event be it a slow dance or a rave anthem.

 

8) Do I have to pay a deposit ?

No however if you cancell within 30 days of you booking you will be charged the full amount.

Before tha time no no charge is made.

 

9) Do you send confirmation ?

Yes, we always send a confirmation e-mail or post one if

you are unable to recieve e-mail.

 

10) Do you do schools / youth groups ?

Yes, I have done parties for many Schools,Playgroups and

offer discounts for Mon-Thurs evenings from 5.30pm

 

11) I have no idea which hall to book, can you recommend any ?

Yes, have a look at my venue guide ( above ) or give me a call.

 

12) Do you have back-up equipment ?

Yes, we have back up cd/speaker equipment.

 

13) I have been quoted £80 for a teen party , will you match it ?

No, in short. Many Dj's will charge a low fee for teen parties, bring

minimal equipment and quite often cancel your booking when a

better offer comes along. We bring a full adult disco to all Teen

parties and NEVER ever cancel a booking for any reason.

 

14) Do you always turn up ?

Yes, once you recieve your confirmation, we Will be there.

We have Never failed to turn up at any event.

 

15) I want my party to be longer than on your price list, is this a problem ?

No, you can have a party for as long as you like. I will price it on an

individual basis.

 

16) Do you have a limit on the amount of people at a party ?

No, I have done parties for 20 up to 700 people, however if

you are going to have more than 300 I will need to know so that I

can bring more equipment.

 

17) Can you play background music during my wedding breakfast ?

Yes, but please let me know in advance.

 

18) How much power do you need ?

A full setup requires two 13amp sockets.

 

19) Can I have smoke & lasers at my party ?

Yes, if your venue will allow smoke. See my venue guide above.

 

20) Can I meet you before my event ?

Yes, I am always happy to meet with clients

before hand.

 

21) How much experience do you have ?

I have been a DJ since year 2000, working at clubs, bars

weddings and many private parties.
